Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and any design-related services provided through it. By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, booking a consultation, or engaging in any of our interior design services, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using this website or proceeding with our services.
These terms are intended to create clarity around how we work, what clients can expect, and the responsibilities of both parties throughout a project. We believe in a transparent and thoughtful process, and these terms form part of that commitment.
1. Acceptance of terms
By using this website or engaging with our services, you confirm that you understand and accept these Terms & Conditions. This includes any use of our contact forms, service enquiry forms, downloadable materials, project information, blog content, or consultation booking processes. It also applies to any client relationship formed through this website or through direct communication after an enquiry has been submitted.
We reserve the right to update, revise, or replace these terms at any time. Continued use of the website or our services after any updates have been made constitutes acceptance of those revised terms.
2. Interior design services & scope
Our services may include, but are not limited to, residential interior design, commercial interior design, styling and furnishing, 3D visualisation, space planning, design direction, and related creative consultancy.
Each project is different, and the exact scope of work will be defined before the project begins. This may be outlined through a proposal, service agreement, invoice, consultation summary, or other written confirmation. Any services not explicitly included in the agreed scope will be treated as additional work and may be subject to separate timelines, pricing, or approval.
We aim to provide thoughtful, high-quality design guidance tailored to each client and space. However, unless otherwise agreed in writing, our services do not include contractor management, structural engineering, architectural submissions, or building works oversight.
3. Bookings & enquiries
Submitting an enquiry through this website does not guarantee availability or confirm a booking. All projects are accepted at our discretion, based on availability, suitability, project type, and other relevant factors.
Once an enquiry has been received, we may contact you to request further details, schedule an initial consultation, or discuss whether the project is a suitable fit. Any consultation, project start date, or design service will only be confirmed once both parties have agreed to proceed and any required payment or deposit has been received.
We reserve the right to decline projects that fall outside our expertise, availability, or business capacity.
4. Consultations
Initial consultations may be offered as a paid or unpaid service depending on the project type and current business model.
Where a consultation fee applies, this will be communicated in advance. Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the consultation has taken place, as they cover time, review, preparation, and design insight provided during that session. A consultation does not automatically include full design services unless these are later agreed separately.
Advice given during a consultation is based on the information available at the time. If project details change, later recommendations may also change.
5. Pricing & payment
All pricing is listed in the relevant currency stated at the time of booking, proposal, or invoice. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any changes will not affect services already confirmed in writing unless the scope of work changes.
Projects may require an upfront deposit, staged payments, or full payment in advance depending on the service. Payment terms will be clearly communicated before work begins. Where payment plans are offered, clients agree to complete all payments according to the agreed schedule.
Late payments may result in delays, paused work, or cancellation of services. We reserve the right to withhold deliverables, design files, recommendations, or further work until outstanding balances have been settled in full.
6. Project timelines
Estimated timelines are provided in good faith and are based on the information available at the time of booking. While we always aim to meet agreed deadlines, timelines may shift depending on project complexity, client response times, revisions, third-party delays, sourcing issues, or other circumstances outside our control.
Timely communication and feedback from the client are essential to keeping a project on schedule. Delays in approvals, incomplete information, or missed correspondence may affect the project timeline and any expected completion date.
We are not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, contractors, shipping issues, product availability, manufacturing lead times, or installation schedules managed by third parties.
7. Revisions & additional work
Most services include a reasonable number of revisions or refinement stages, depending on the package or project scope agreed. The exact number of revisions, if applicable, should be set out in your proposal or service details.
If a client requests extensive changes beyond the original direction, introduces new requirements after approval, or significantly alters the brief after work has begun, this may be treated as additional work. In such cases, extra fees and extended timelines may apply. We will always aim to communicate this clearly before carrying out any extra work beyond the original agreed scope.
8. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their project, space, preferences, budget, deadlines, and any practical constraints that may affect the design process.
Clients are also responsible for reviewing proposals, concepts, visuals, and recommendations in a timely manner, and for communicating approvals or feedback clearly. Delays in communication may impact project schedules and delivery.
Where measurements, floor plans, site photos, or third-party documents are supplied by the client, we rely on those materials being accurate. We are not liable for issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client or another service provider.
9. Sourcing, products & third parties
Where sourcing suggestions, product links, furnishings, materials, or supplier recommendations are provided, these are offered in good faith based on current availability and project suitability. However, stock levels, pricing, lead times, finishes, and supplier terms may change without notice.
We are not responsible for decisions made by third-party suppliers, manufacturers, contractors, couriers, installers, or trades. This includes delays, discontinued items, price changes, damaged goods, installation issues, or service failures beyond our control.
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, purchases made by the client are the client’s responsibility, including checking dimensions, suitability, delivery access, and return policies before placing orders.
10. Design outcomes & implementation
We work carefully to create considered, functional, and visually cohesive design concepts. However, final outcomes may vary depending on implementation, product substitutions, site conditions, budget limitations, workmanship, lighting conditions, and other practical variables.
Visuals, moodboards, 3D renders, and design concepts are intended to communicate a design direction as accurately as possible, but may not represent the final result exactly. Colours, textures, materials, and finishes may appear different depending on screen settings, photography, lighting, and manufacturing variation.
Where implementation is handled by the client or external contractors, the final execution of the design is outside our direct control unless a separate implementation service has been agreed in writing.
11. Cancellations & rescheduling
If a client wishes to cancel a booked consultation or design service, notice should be provided as soon as possible.
Deposits paid to secure project time are generally non-refundable, as they reserve time in our schedule and may reflect preparation already undertaken. If work has already begun, the client may still be responsible for paying for the portion of work completed up to the cancellation date.
If a consultation or meeting needs to be rescheduled, we ask for reasonable notice wherever possible. Repeated cancellations, missed appointments, or prolonged communication gaps may result in the project being paused or closed.
12. Refund policy
Due to the time-based and creative nature of interior design services, refunds are generally not offered once work has commenced.
This includes consultations, design concepts, visual development, sourcing work, styling recommendations, layout planning, written guidance, and any other custom work produced specifically for the client. Once creative work has begun, the value lies in the time, expertise, and design thinking already provided.
If there is a problem with the service delivered, we encourage clients to raise it promptly so that we can review the issue fairly and, where appropriate, offer a reasonable solution.
13. Communication & conduct
We aim to maintain a respectful, clear, and professional working relationship throughout every project. We ask clients to communicate in the same spirit.
We reserve the right to pause or terminate a working relationship if communication becomes abusive, inappropriate, threatening, discriminatory, or persistently unreasonable. In such cases, any work completed up to that point may still be chargeable, and access to future services may be refused.
Professional boundaries are important in maintaining a productive and thoughtful design process for everyone involved.
14. Intellectual property & design materials
All original concepts, layouts, moodboards, written recommendations, 3D visuals, presentations, design documents, website content, graphics, and related materials remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients may use final design materials for their personal or business project use only, depending on the nature of the service. Design materials must not be copied, resold, reproduced, distributed, shared commercially, or reused for other projects without written permission.
Website content, including text, branding, service descriptions, blog posts, images, and layout structure, may not be copied or reused without prior consent.
15. Confidentiality
We respect client privacy and treat personal project information with care. Any confidential details shared during the course of a project will be handled responsibly and will not be disclosed unnecessarily.
However, we reserve the right to share completed work, project visuals, or approved images for portfolio, website, blog, or marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. If a project is confidential or not yet public, this should be discussed in advance. Both parties agree to approach sensitive project information professionally and in good faith.
16. Website use
This website is intended to provide information about our studio, services, projects, and content. While we aim to keep all information accurate and up to date, we make no guarantees that all content will always be complete, current, or error-free.
Use of this website is at your own risk. We are not liable for any loss, disruption, or issue arising from the use of this website, including temporary unavailability, technical problems, or reliance on website content without direct confirmation.
Links to third-party websites or services may be provided for convenience, but we are not responsible for the content, availability, or policies of those external sites.
17. Limitation of liability

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, business interruption, delays caused by third parties, dissatisfaction arising from implementation outside our control, or losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by others. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude liability where it cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
18. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal obligations, or business practices. Any updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically if you continue to use the website or our services.
